Introducing our in-house designed 03-05 Cummins billet valve cover, balancing fit, finish, functionality, and budget.

Material: Made from aircraft-quality 6061-T6 aluminum for exceptional durability and strength.
Fasteners: Comes with all stainless steel fasteners to ensure longevity and resistance to corrosion.

Design: Incorporates a highly effective baffle system, extensively tested to minimize blow-by. For engines without excessive blow-by, a catch can is not required.

Included Accessories: Features our custom billet breather and a 3/4-inch hose to maintain affordability.
Fittings: The breather is threaded for a -16 o-ring fitting, allowing you to use your own fittings and hose if preferred.

Oil Cap: We have chosen to reuse your stock oil cap, complemented by a billet cover to enhance the overall appearance. This approach avoids the common issues associated with fully billet caps, such as excessive tightening, loosening, and high temperatures during engine operation.

Our billet valve covers are proudly manufactured in our U.S. facility, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
