6.7 CR Stage 1 Cummins Performance Head

Our 6.7 CR Stage 1 Cummins Performance Head is a step up in performance without the extra expense and work involved with an aftermarket intake. This head includes everything in our HP Reman Head along with 105-pound valve springs and a 5-axis port job while retaining the factory intake plenum. This increases the flow on the intake from around 155 CFM stock to 220 CFM, enhancing low-end performance, decreasing boost pressure, and lowering EGTs. This, in turn, increases the amount of fuel you can burn, allowing you to make more power.

Enhanced Performance: Upgraded to 105-pound valve springs and a 5-axis CNC port job.
Improved Airflow: Intake flow increased from 155 CFM to 220 CFM.
Factory Intake Plenum: Retains the factory intake plenum for ease of installation.

Option to Use Your Own Head: You can use your own head or one of our head cores.
Complete Disassembly: Head is disassembled, and all soft plugs are removed.
Cleaning and Blasting: Thorough cleaning and blasting to ensure a pristine surface.
Crack Check: Performed to ensure structural integrity.
New Components: Installation of all-new bronze guides and HD extra-large seats on both intake and exhaust sides.
5-Axis CNC Porting: Performed with the stock intake shelf in place for optimal airflow.
High-Performance Valve Job: Precision CNC valve job performed for enhanced performance.
Resurfacing: The head is resurfaced to meet exact specifications.
Thorough Cleaning: Comprehensive cleaning process to eliminate all debris.
Professional Painting: Painted for a durable and professional finish.
Expert Assembly: Assembled with all new valve seals, soft plugs, and HD springs.
Pressure Checking: Valves and coolant passages are pressure checked to ensure top quality and reliability.

Important Note:

*Cores must be in good condition with no cracks and must be rebuildable. D&J Precision Machine will inspect your core upon arrival to determine its suitability for rebuilding.
