Ford 6.7L Intercooler Pipe Upgrade Kit (OEM Replacement)

Why Replace the Factory Plastic Intercooler Pipe?

💥 The OEM plastic pipe is a known weak point – it cannot withstand high boost pressure and often fails unexpectedly, leaving drivers stranded.

📌 Real-World Example: A Failed Factory Intercooler Pipe
Even completely stock 6.7L Power Strokes have experienced intercooler pipe failures, resulting in sudden power loss.

🚨 When heat and pressure exceed what the plastic pipe can handle, it can burst, causing a major issue on the road.
